Warranty Summary by Service Type

Detach & Reset Services (D+R)

Workmanship Warranty: 10 years
What’s Covered: Roof penetrations, panel alignment, secure wiring
Roof Leak Coverage: Up to 10 years or remaining roof warranty, whichever is shorter
Critter Guard (D+R-specific): New installations only (not reused materials)

New Solar + Battery Installations

Workmanship Warranty: 10 years
Roof Penetration Warranty: 15 years or remaining roof warranty
Labor Support:
First 5 years: Free labor on manufacturer claims
After 5 years: Labor is billed, but support continues.
Critter Guard: Included unless declined (declining voids animal damage coverage).

General Electrical Services

Workmanship Warranty: 5 years
Applies To: Panel upgrades, circuit repairs, EV chargers, generator installs
Excludes: Pre-existing issues, equipment failures, weather damage, pests

Critter Guard Warranty (Standalone or Add-On)

Warranty: 5 years
Renewable: Optional 5-year extensions with $250 inspection
Excludes: Damage from weather, animals (if declined), or reinstalled third-party guards
